Sh¡ne Reel BOLD! Founder & CEO
Erika shines both on and off camera as a journalist, bilingual communications leader and transcreator.
After a 12-year career in journalism, Erika worked at Maricopa County in various roles including in the Elections Department where she developed, transcreated, and implemented award-winning bilingual campaigns, and appeared in local, national and international media.
She also collaborated with more than 50 departments on communications strategies, advised executive leadership, and launched Maricopa County’s social media channels, content creation strategy, and multicultural communications.
She’s currently expanding her skills in the non-profit sector leading communications for National Audubon Society, Southwest.
